Leadership Circles for Women

Leadership Circles invite women from across the community to build new networks and have real conversations about real issues. Unlike traditional corporate mentoring programs, ICAN’s program is based on peer-to-peer conversations. Discussion groups are made up of six to ten women who mentor each other about work, family, life, and world issues.

While many corporations have in-house mentoring and leadership programs, ICAN’s program takes a different approach. At ICAN, we have redefined and reframed mentoring to mean real conversations about the things that matter – in life and work. The outcome is relationships based on trust and goodwill. If you’re looking to do more than swap business cards, this is the program for you.
